A man is the most beautiful part of the creation of nature.

The first to come to this world.

He sacrifices his dreams for a smile on his parents' face.

He spends the money out of his pocket on the gifts of the woman he loves, just to see her smile.

He sacrifices his entire youth for his wife and children working late without complaining.

He builds the future of his loved ones by taking loans from banks and paying them for the rest of his life with a lot of sweat and work.

He fights a lot and still has to endure the groans, screams and often the incomprehension of his wife, his children, his boss and his mother, even if his life is a total commitment to the happiness of others.

If he leaves, he is careless.

If you stay, you're a slacker.

If you scold your children, you're a monster.

If you do not scold them, it's irresponsible.

If you do not let your wife work, she's insecure.

If you let her work, she's a bum.

If you listen to the mother, there's mommy.

If you listen to your wife, you are sentenced.

If you fall into temptation you are a womanizer; If you resist, you're a fag.

If crying is a weakness, if you do not cry you are insensitive.

Soon the mechanic finished communicating and came to my rescue. It charged a low price and after a few hours the car was repaired. It may sound like bullshit, but if he had no faith that that problem would be solved, he would spend the afternoon and evening on the street in an area full of criminals.

Faith requires patience. You should never let your heart suffer any kind of contamination, especially of doubt. To think that God has abandoned him. The devil's tactic is to scare the Christian. Stop looking at Jesus Christ. Seek to work your mind, to focus on the problem, fueling the bonfire of evil, from which God has set you aside.

That's why people without faith are nervous, impatient. In the midst of any problem they begin to speak evil, to make accusations against all, saying that it is a zero to the left, one chosen by God to suffer in this world. Even in simple matters, they try to dramatize. Some end up stopping at the emergency room because of the pressure it triggers.

The one without faith is pessimistic. They call the Christian crazy, too optimistic. Of someone dreamer. Lunatic who insists on not seeing reality. These kinds of people are experts in criticism of the pastor. Nothing to him is correct. They even distrust Jesus. They justify what miracles the Lord did in the past. Today, the source dried up.

I tell you my brother or sister never to lose faith. I do not know your problem. But I believe that God will solve it. There is nothing impossible for our Lord. Just keep believing. Look forward. Stay away from the vultures, people who complain about everything, even the wind. Pray, fast, and read the book of Psalms. There you will find refreshment and the solution will soon arrive. Do not leave communion. This is how we feed our faith.

As we go through these moments, we feel the weakness shake the legs, the throat dry, the tears invading our eyes and the impression that the heart seems to skate, reducing the beats. It is hard. It is at this time that the true Christian needs to place his trust in God. Put away discouragement. Jump in your arms.

When I live this type of experience (pastors also have problems) I try to look to God. Do not focus on the problem, but on the escape valve. A few days ago I went through something unusual. My car broke on a holiday. I did not get nervous or I said Jesus badly. Just said Glory to God.

No open workshop. But inside me, my faith said that something good would happen. I got out of the car. I went to a bar to use the bathroom and then eat something and drink some water. I returned and continued in harmony with the Holy Spirit.

After a few minutes, I hear the Lord speak to me to talk to the parking attendant, where I stopped in front of him. I attended to the suggestion. I explained the problem and that I wanted to keep the car in that place and then I would pick it up to fix the problem. The person in charge of the establishment did not accept my request and said that next door would start running a workshop.

At this time, several Christians criticize Jesus Christ. They claim that the Lord is ungrateful. He is blind, he does not see that terrible situation! Finally, we pastors are leaning against the wall to explain the reasons why that member experiences terrible experience. At this hour, we show in the Word why, but everything is useless.

Unfortunately, most Christians of this 21st century seem like a spoiled child who missed the lollipop he earned as a gift. They love God when they are in abundance. If the wind of hunger knocks on your door, Jesus Christ assumes the role of villain. He is an executioner, does not see the terrible picture that that servant attacked.

Even vessels of honor made slips of faith. Sara, in her early 90s, smiled to hear from the angels who visited her husband Abrahão in the tent that she would be a mother. It is when the celebrated phrase was said: "Is it impossible for God, Sarah?" It is not easy for my brothers and sisters to continue burning by this flame known by faith.

But we must never forget, that without faith we do not please the Lord Jesus Christ. I am not childish enough to believe that problems do not draw our peace. Imagine someone hearing from the doctor that a test was positive, revealing the presence of very serious illness, putting at risk their own survival.

This example shows how many people make wrong decisions, not exercising faith, awaiting Christ's response to their petitions. It is momentary. They imagine God is a pastry cook. He asked at 3:00 a.m. and a minute later everything was resolved.

But what is faith? I always play with my sheep that it is easy to have faith when the refrigerator is full of food, especially sweets. When the checking account never knows negative balance and the manager lives tormenting you to sell overdraft, credit card and all kind of investment, because of your good financial situation.

So it is easy to say that you have faith in Christ. And otherwise? I imagine you open the refrigerator and there's only water in there! And when are you forced to split the omelette into several pieces to get blended for several days? Or even feeling the pains in the body caused by hunger. I know this because I have already experienced this terrible experience.

Look within yourself and respond honestly: is there faith within you? Instead of telling me through this text, affirm to Jesus Christ that your faith is genuinely genuine. It is not based on feelings. It's something that sprouts inside your spirit.

Why did not God take the thorn out of Paul's flesh?

This question has fueled several theses since the beginning of the New Testament, after Jesus Christ ascended into Heaven and let the Holy Spirit guide you in this world full of traps, most of them very close to us, sometimes in the hands of people we consider to be excellent , but they are wolves in sheepskin.

Some theologians claim that the thorn in the flesh of the apostle Paul would be the epileptic seizures that plagued him, throwing him down at any hour of the day or night, whether in public or alone. In short, several comments have arisen and continue to feed the minds of Christians and even of those who are not Christians.

But it is necessary to analyze spiritually why this thorn in the flesh. What is the reason, as described in 2 Corinthians chapter 12, verses 7 through 9, that God would tell Paul that only his Grace was enough and that Paul no longer had to complain. Accept the thorn and bear with the pain provoked.

We all have a thorn. It manifests itself in several ways: sometimes it is insomnia that does not give rest, a pain in the spine that remedy or treatment can not solve, or even persecutions that appear gratuitously at work, school, family or even within the church, or even uncertainty that walks side by side without any sign of going away. Anyway, the examples are many.

God knows our future. You know what will happen later. He probes the heart, even of the most hardened Christian, and is not mistaken with anyone. (Lord, you know that I love you too much, I will go with you to any place in this world, I will give my life to preach your Gospel, I will not deny my love for you ...).

Jesus allows the thorn in our flesh to serve as a brake to our ambitions, the sinful desires that spring from the heart. It is to remember that the Lord is the one who commands in projects that we consider good, but for Christ they are abysses and defeats.

 He could remove the thorn. Yes! But do not do this.
From the beginning of the preaching of the Gospel man was defiled with pride and arrogance. Give a little money and power to the human being! Then he changes his figure. Forget where he left off and even the love of Jesus. This is how the wheel turns. The thorn is for the Christian to never forget, that without God he is nothing.

In the Gospel of John, Jesus makes it very clear that the lovers of the world do not have the love of Christ in their hearts. Unfortunately, many Christians try to please two masters: God and Satan. As we look at the Word of the Lord we realize that this world offers us nothing pleasant, only tragedies. The parties are sprinkled with drugs and drinks. Lifestyle is directed to leave the next under our feet, encouraging competition, where good character is synonymous with naivety. Legal marriage is one where adultery is the rule and falsehood marks ground in friendships. As faithful servants of the Lord we must separate the wheat from the chaff and never forget: we are here in passing.

In Chapter 4 of the Gospel of Matthew is described the attack of Satan against Jesus Christ after 40 days of fasting in the wilderness. But what strikes my attention is when the devil suggests to Christ that if he will fall down and worship him, all the kingdoms of this world will be given to the Lord.

Sadly, many Christians give in to the blackmail of darkness and begin to eat the lentils offered by the devil. How many evangelicals in this period of Carnival do not participate in this worldly feast, filled with the chalice of evil? Others opt for prostitution, homosexuality, lesbianism, addictions and all the bad that the devil offers in a beautiful package. So meditate if you unconsciously do not worship satan.

Listen to this text from Osho: there was a very poor old man in a Village who owned a beautiful white horse.
One morning he discovered that the horse was not in the stall.
The friends said to the old man:
"What a misfortune, your horse has been stolen!"
And the old man replied:
- Calm down, do not go so far.
Simply say that the horse is no longer in the stable.
"The rest is your judgment."
People laughed at the old man.
