Have you ever imagined yourself before Jesus Christ? He telling you that you can ask for anything you want. At this time, would you ask Jesus to do what in your life? What wish should you, in your opinion, be satisfied with?
A new car? A luxurious multi-room house in an elite neighborhood? Fine and expensive clothes? Designer bags, thousands of them in your hands? French perfumes of all kinds? Italian shoes? Invitation to work on the funky Hollywood-produced movies? Spend the day with the artist of your dreams, be it actor or singer, actress or singer or even rock band?
Or would you ask Jesus to release, convert and save all your family and friends? Or heal the sick that you know and know they need a miracle? Or ask for the job of dreams, the one with high salary and various perks in a top-of-the-line company? Or enter the best university in the world, where the percentage of geniuses is high?
In moments like this we think a lot. The mind travels. We are left without action. Truly, what would you ask of Jesus Christ if he had the opportunity to see you face to face as you were in front of Thomas. You would waste time with bullshit or take advantage of the rich opportunity to talk frankly with the Lord.
Every time we pray, whether in the church, in the car, walking in the street, sitting on the bench in the square or in the silence of our room, Jesus Christ is listening to us, paying attention to everything we present to Him in prayer. In the time of Heaven, which is eternity, the Lord will satisfy the desires of our heart.
