The motto of some evangelical churches is: Christian turned the heavens open and begins collection of victories. Lies! Next to Jesus Christ appear many battles until we left for Satan's dominion. The difference is that the great master helps us in the fight.
But the hunger to increase the number of members, it takes some ministers to promise the impossible. Delude new sheep. They, because of past pain, believe and when the first disappointment, they start to blame God for the failure and many abandon the gospel.
Jesus told us that we would struggle, our passage through this world would be full of wars. The fight is against the forces of evil. The demons will never want someone to win the happiness to live forever in Paradise. Sow wars to get us out of the Lord's presence.
Unfortunately the thirst for money, the more like churches industries, the lie is the effective way to herd sheep, mostly in desperation to seek a better life. Same someone close to drowning, will grab the first object that someone playing in the water.
