Take positions in the Army of the Lord is unthinkable. Or to serve as a worker, there at the door receiving the brothers or directing people to find a particular book in the Bible. Business is sitting eating food provided by the pastor.
The harvest is plentiful and lacking reapers. This lack of commitment overwhelms who embraced fully the Gospel. It is at this time that a person needs to perform various tasks and on top of taking care of yourself, because in this case the Lord will be ahead of the process. For when we care about your work, He takes care of us.
